The final draft Environmental Monitoring Plan and Baseline Data Report has been posted at the City's web site. There is now a thirty day comment period on the final draft, ending November 30. We will want to get our comments in to the City. I have not reviewed the plan yet, but will send out my thoughts next week or shortly thereafter, and others can add their comments. The City will be holding a public meeting mid-November. I will get the information on that out once the time and place are finalized.
